These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Legacy Liquors online store and services. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders & Pricing. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Age-Restricted Products. You must be of legal age to purchase alcohol, tobacco, or other age-restricted items, and present a valid government-issued ID at hand-off. If you can't verify that you're of legal age at pickup or delivery, the age-restricted items won't be released and may not be refunded. We may refuse or cancel any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
Pickup & Delivery. Fulfillment options, timing, and fees are shown at checkout and may vary by location and address.
Returned Deliveries. If a delivery comes back to the store because the items couldn't be released to you (for example, the ID check at the door failed), no one was available to receive it, or the delivery address couldn't be used, you'll be charged a return fee: a 15% restocking fee on the product subtotal, the delivery to you and back to the store, the $1.00 delivery service fee, and the courier tip (it is paid to the courier when the delivery is booked). The rest of your payment hold is released. If you agree to pick a returned order up at the store instead, you pay for the items and tax, plus (when it came back for one of the reasons above) those delivery costs and the courier tip, with no restocking fee. If you then don't collect it within 48 hours, you'll be charged the 15% restocking fee (plus, for those reasons, the delivery costs and the courier tip), and the rest of your payment hold is released.
Text Messages. If you tick the optional "Text me order updates" box at checkout, you agree to receive text messages about that order from Legacy Liquors. Message frequency varies (about 2–5 per order). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Limitation of Liability. Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
